Anthony Mark Brewer, age 47, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born January 22, 1968 in Winchester, Kentucky to the late Louie Brewer and Bonnie Sue Sparks Patton.
Survivors include, his mother, Bonnie Sue Patton, Stanton; step-father, Robert Patton; sons, Kyle Brewer (Kayla), Irvine; and Devin Brewer, Mt. Sterling; a daughter, Star Brewer, Mt. Sterling; brothers, Shannon Brewer and Jason Patton (Vanessa), both of Stanton; a step-brother, Robert Patton Jr.; a half-sister, Messiah Craft (Alan), Stanton; and step-sisters, Donitta Horn (Tony), Irvine; and Lissie Allen (Greg), Stanton.
Services were at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 15th at Resthaven Cemetery, Stanton by Rev. Scott Rogers. Burial was in Resthaven Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.

Anna Ruth Miller Norton, age 81, of Stacy Lane Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
She was born July 18, 1933 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Daw and Mary Kate Edmonson Miller. She was a homemaker and attended the Pea Ridge Holiness Church. She had lived in Estill County all of her life.
Mrs. Norton was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Norton.
She is survived by one daughter, Delphine Jenkins, Estill County; five sons: Larry Norton, Gary Norton, Thomas Norton, Steve Norton and Rodney Norton, all of Estill County; five sisters: Helen Woolery, Curlean Riddell, Loretta Crowe, Mary Logston and Judy Lynch; one brother, Daw Miller Jr.; 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mrs. Norton was preceded in death by one daughter, Lisa Norton; one son, Mark Floyd Jr., five sisters: Cleo Bishop, Viola Bishop, Dolly Crowe, Bonny Riddell and Joyce Riddell; and one brother, Herchell Miller.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 15th at the Pea Ridge Holiness Church by Bro. Jason Riddell. Burial was at the West Irvine Cemetery. Friends called between 6 and 9 p.m., Sunday, June 14th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home and after 12 Noon, Monday, at the church.

Gloria Faye White, 73, of Waco, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015.
She was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky, on February 15, 1942 to the late Frank and Josephine Moore King.
Mrs. White is survived by her husband of 55 years, Norman “Whitie” White; two sons: Doug White (Jane) of Winchester, and Keith White (Michelle), of Waco; one daughter, Connie Perkins (Terry), of Richmond; one brother, Ralph King (Carleen) of Estill County; one sister, Freida Deaton (Ray) of Wolfe County; ten grandchildren: Lindsey White, Kelsey White, Kaitlen McDaniel, Mercedez Stager, Lexii White, Noah-J White, Chastity Damrell, Terry Perkins, Jr., Brandon Perkins and Jessica Sullivan; and 16 great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her daughter, Tami White; one sister, and one brother.
Funeral Services were conducted at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, June 14th at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Jones and Bro. Terry Perkins. Burial followed in the Flatwoods Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-9 p.m., Saturday, June 13th at the funeral home.

Ms. Mattie Bell Barnett, age 72, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Baptist Health – Richmond.
The daughter of the late Curt and Sarah Allen Barnett, she was born in Rockcastle County on August 21, 1942. She enjoyed cross stitching and sewing.
Ms. Barnett is survived by her son: Jeffrey Estes of Gainesville, Georgia; two daughters: Teresa Culton (Darrell) of Irvine and Elizabeth Estes of Richmond; her brother, Charles Barnett; eight grandchildren: Billywade Brewer, Thomas Culton (Jami), Amanda Culton, Ashley Ratliff (William), Justin Culton (Shelby), Courtney Culton, Katelyn Culton and Jessica Thomas; 12 great grandchildren and her companion of many years, Tim Jenkins.
She was also preceded in death by her other brothers and sisters.
A graveside service was conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 15th at the Scaffold Cane Cemetery, Scaffold Cane Loop, Mt. Vernon with Rev. Arthur Ray officiating.

Brian Thomas Johnson, age 43, of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Clark County.
He was born July 13, 1971, in Clark County to the late Donald Ray Johnson and his mother, Teresa Estes Johnson of Winchester.
Others survivor include one son, Tyler Johnson of Irvine, a brother, Jake Johnson (Amy) of Winchester, a step-sister and step-brother, Rachel Willoughby of Jeffersonville and Ricky Willoughby (Jaleesa) of Winchester; aunts Debbie Bailey and Peggy Brookshire of Winchester, and uncle, Larry Johnson of Winchester; his step-mother, Gloria Johnson of Clark County; the mother of his son, Rita Watts; and nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 15th at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main Street, Winchester. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 p.m. until the hour of services.

Thelma Williams Kelly, age 90, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Saint Joseph Hospital after a short illness.
A retired Federal Court employee, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Williams of Ravenna; her second husband, Dudley Kelly of Versailles; and one son, Ronnie Williams of Florida.
She is survived by one son, Paul Williams (Sandy) of Winchester, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
There was no visitation and burial was private.

Ricky Earl Wilson, age 57, of Drowning Creek Ridge Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015, at his home following a sudden illness.
He was born November 27, 1957 in Madison County and was the son of Louise Stone Wilson and the late Chester Ray Wilson. He was a retired employee of Uncle Charlie's Meats and played music with the Country Ramblers. He was a member of the Providence Baptist Church and had lived in Estill County all of his life.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Debra Eden Wilson; two stepsons: William Mason and Benjamin Mason; one sister, Judy Chrisman (James), Estill County; and one brother, Jim Wilson (Betty), also of Estill County.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Bill VanWinkle and Bro. A. B. Patrick. Burial was at the Turpin Cemetery. Friends called after 12 Noon, Sunday, at the funeral home.

Reva J. Crowe, age 84, widow of Vinson C. Crowe, South Fork Road, Stanton, Kentucky, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.
Born April 4, 1931, in Stanton, she was the daughter of the late Sherman and Beulah Brandenburg Bellamy. She was a former quality control employee of Continental Metal Specialty factory and she attended Bowen First Church of God.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Alvin Bellamy, James Bellamy and Sherman Bellamy Jr.; one sister, Arvetta Nolan; a grandson, Lucas Crowe Crabtree; and a great grandson, Tyler Brewer.
Mrs. Crowe is survived by her son, Edward Crowe of Berea; four daughters: Carolyn Conley of Stanton, Judy Higgason and Alicia Crabtree of Lexington; and April Crowe of Stanton; one brother, Kelly Bellamy (Arlene) of Stanton; four sisters: Ruby Fiola (Hank) of Flint, Michigan; Shirley Crabtree (Brenton) of Irvine, Alberta Handy of Clio, Michigan; and Cecelia Estes of Winchester; ten grandchildren: Beth Pennington, Becky Brewer (Doug), Leslie Vaughn (Wayne), Brandon McCoy, Jessica Skeese (Steven), Charanda Fugate (Zach), Amanda Pelfrey (Tim), Adam Crabtree, Chris Hall and Ashley Crabtree; and 13 great grandchildren: Adrian Morton, Alyssa Pennington, Haley Vaughn, Chloe Skeese, Baylee Brewer, Carlee Skeese, Will Nolan, Canyon Fugate, River Fugate, Clara Fugate, Brennan Hall, Cooper Skeese and Chloe Pelfrey.
Visitation begins at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, June 13th and funeral services officiated by Bro. Garland Lacy and Bro. Anthony Molihan were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14th at Hearne Funeral Home, 125 West College Avenue, Stanton. Interment was in Donnie G. Randall Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Steven Skeese, Chris Hall, Brandon McCoy, Zach Fugate, Adam Crabtree and Tim Pelfrey serving as active pallbearers.

Lawrence Stepp, 73 of Richmond, Kentucky, the husband of Sharron Click Stepp, went to meet the Lord on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond.
Mr. Stepp was born on April 8, 1942 in Estill County, to the late Robert and Jessie Stepp. He had worked for the Allen Construction Company, and retired after 35 years of service. He loved race cars and classic old cars. He was a member of the Concord Christian Fellowship Church.
Survivors, in addition to his wife Sharron, include two daughters: Dedra Smith (Charles) and Charm Todd (Tommy); one brother, Earnest Stepp (Jeanette) of Hamilton, Ohio; two sisters: Floretta Robertson of Hamilton, Ohio; and Geraldine Scrivner (Jimmy) of Irvine; four grandchildren: Seth, Amanda and Michele Smith and Luke Todd and one great grandchild, Gabriel Dombroski, all of Richmond; as well as several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Steve, Billy Ray and Boyd Stepp.
Funeral services were conducted at 7:00 p.m., Saturday evening, June 13th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home in Irvine, with Pastor Kenneth Bishop and Bro. Atwood Winkle officiating. Visitation began at 2:30 p.m., Saturday afternoon at the Toler Funeral Home.

McDonald Richardson, 94
McDonald Richardson, age 94, of Cedar Grove Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015, at the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.
He was born August 25, 1920 in Jackson County and was the son of the late Frank and Rosa Sparks Richardson. He was a retired mail carrier with the Irvine Post Office and a member of the South Irvine Christian Church. He was a United States Army veteran of World War II where he served as a member of the 736 Tank Battalion Company B.
Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Frances Estes Richardson.
He is survived by one daughter: Sandra Wilds (Joe), Irvine; two sons: Donald Lee Richardson (Evelyn), Clarksville, Indiana; and Roger Glynn Richardson (Ann), Irvine; two sisters: Shirley Gabbard and Geneva Zimmerman, both of Indiana; five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and six great, great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Sheliah Richardson and Maxine Cockran; five brothers: Boyd Richardson, Bonnie Richardson, Clyde Richardson, Finley Richardson and Frank Richardson Jr.; and one grandchild, Chris Richardson.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 8th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Mike Chism. Burial was at the South Irvine Cemetery. Friends called between 6 and 9 p.m., Sunday, June 7th at the funeral home.

Mrs. Alene Long Dargavell, 84, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Baptist Health in Richmond, Kentucky.
The daughter of Jeff and Stella Masters Long, she was born in Madison County on July 21, 1930. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Richmond.
On May 21, 1949, Mrs. Dargavell was united in marriage to Bro. Glyndon Dargavell. They recently celebrated 66 years of marriage.
Other survivors include her daughter, Lena Gullett of Richmond; her brother, Orbin Long; two sisters: Elsie Cheeks and Opal Sanders; and her granddaughter, Jessica Gullett.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers: Russell Long, Dan Long, Milton Long, Maris Long, and Tom Long; and eight sisters: Laura Tuttle, Dora Frye, Della Simpson, Fannie Webb, Geneva Lowe, Betty Long, Thelma Long and Oma Long.

Danny Dale Freeman, age 62, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, formerly of Richmond, the brother of Colleen Sue Rogers of Irvine, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at V.A. Hospital – Lexington.
Danny, the son of the late Boyd and Lois Moore Freeman, was born in Madison County on August 15, 1952. He was the owner and operator of Affordable Motors in Richmond for many years. He was also a charter member of United Bikers against Drugs and the Cruzzion Buddies Car Club and was a United States Navy veteran. Danny was a member and deacon of Roundtop Baptist Church in Elizabethtown.
On May 6, 1977, Danny united in marriage to Carolyn Elizabeth Rogers Freeman. They recently celebrated 38 years of marriage.
He is also survived by his daughter, Jennifer Goodin (Bob) of Elizabethtown; his brother: William Boyd Freeman (Sandy); his sister, Colleen Sue Rogers (Herbie); two grandchildren: Robbie Daniel Goodin and Abigail Goodin; his sister-in-law, Cindy Freeman; his very close friends: Charles & Sandy Hall and Danny & Rhonda Rose; as well as many special nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Danny was also preceded in death by two brothers: Garry Lynn Freeman and Larry Freeman.

Zula Sparks Rose, age 92, of Burns, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2015 at the Country Place Senior Living in Foley, Alabama, after a short illness.
She was born October 16, 1922 in Paintsville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Benjamin Harrison and Sarah Catherine Durbin Sparks, and later lived in Estill County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Far Hills Baptist Church.
Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Morris Rose.
She is survived by two daughters: Charlotte Sonora (Henry) and Carolyn Baber (Jack), both of Alabama; four grandchildren: Michael Johnson, Angie Aicholtz, Robin Fowler and Tony Baber; five great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by two sisters: Beulah Spurlin and Alma Abshear; and three brothers: Arlis, Lonzel, and Local Sparks.

Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Morris Rose.
She is survived by two daughters: Charlotte Sonora (Henry) and Carolyn Baber (Jack), both of Alabama; four grandchildren: Michael Johnson, Angie Aicholtz, Robin Fowler and Tony Baber; five great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by two sisters: Beulah Spurlin and Alma Abshear; and three brothers: Arlis, Lonzel, and Local Sparks.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Matt Vaught with burial following in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends called after 1 p.m., Thursday, until service time, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Jason Aicholtz, Zachary Aicholtz, Xavier Aicholtz, Terry Fowler and Tony Baber.
