    Deborah Kay Lambeth, age 68, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
    She was born July 27, 1952 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Ophia Hood Pope and the late William Arthur Pope. Mrs. Lambeth was a Special Education Teacher in Estill County for many years. She loved to read and spending time with family. She was of the Christian faith.
    Other than her father, William Arthur Pope, Mrs. Lambeth is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lambeth; and one son, William Todd Lambeth.
    Other than her mother, Mrs. Lambeth is survived by one son, Joshua Brooks Lambeth (Crystal) of Berea; two sisters, Joyce Cox (Frank) of Lawrenceburg, and Deanna Parker (Dwight) of Lawrenceburg; one grandchild, Ashley; and two great grandchildren.
    Graveside services were 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 29, 2021, at Madison County Memorial Gardens in Richmond.

Dorothy Scrivner Boian

    Dorothy Scrivner Boian, age 93, widow of Thomas James Boian of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at her home after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.
    Born in Estill County on May 20, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Roy Jefferson and Melinda Garrett Scrivner. She was a long time member of the Wisemantown United Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and Christian.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Wanda Lee McIntosh; two sons, Billy Roy Boian and Timothy Marshal Boian; and one granddaughter, Tressa Parsons Adams.
    Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Linda Parsons (Bobby), Sondra Arvin (Doug), and Sheila Niece; two sons, Larry Boian (Beth) and Henry Boian; one brother, James Bentley Scrivner (Geraldean); 13 grandchildren, Thomas McIntosh (Karen), Stephen McIntosh (Shylah), Ashley Collins (Eddie), Tina Ann Knopp (Mark), Chastity Ann Arvin, Beverly Dee Ann Brewer (Brandon), Ryan Thomas Boian, Shavonna Lynn Tuttle (Bergin), Henry Lee Boian Jr, (Julia), Michael Vincent Richardson (Christa), Matthew Hugh Richardson (Sarah), Rebecca Sparks, and Cody Marshall Boian; 15 great grandchildren, and all her wonderful caretakers, all of Estill County, Kentucky.
    Funeral services officiated by Bro. Joe White will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Wisemantown United Methodist Church. Visitation begins at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. Burial will be in Gumm Cemetery with Tommy McIntosh, Stephen McIntosh, Ryan Boian, Henry Boian Jr, Michael Richardson, Cody Marshall Boian and Matthew Richardson serving as active pallbearers.

    Joyce Ann Estes, 50, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington.
    She was born April 26, 1970 in Estill County, Kentucky to the late Jennings Elroy Estes and Beatrice Watkins Estes.
    Survivors include, her mother, Beatrice Watkins Estes; a sister, Marie Kanatzer (Raymond); a son, Jeffery Estes (Tabitha Newland); a daughter, Kayla Richardson (Frankie Reed); seven grandchildren, Destiny Reed, Jeffery Estes Jr., Madison Estes, Morgan Estes, Jackson Richardson, Jaelyn Richardson, and Thomas Reed; two nieces, Erica Rawlins (Hunter) and Amanda Greco (David); and great nieces and nephews, Conner, Christian, Liam, and Bree.
    Services were held Friday, March 26, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at Davis & Davis Funeral Home, Stanton, by Richard Stipe. Visitation was after 10:00 a.m., Friday.     Geneva Francis Ballard, age 82, widow of Arnold E. Ballard of Stanton, Kentucky passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester.
    Born July 28, 1938 in Mountain Springs, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Rogers and the late Nora Morefield Rogers.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Franklin Rogers; two sisters, Avon Jewell and Dorothy Marie Dunaway; and her grandchild, Connie Gail Hamilton.
    Geneva is survived by one son, Gary Ballard (Debbie) of Livingston, Tennessee; two daughters, Ruth Anderson (Donald) of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; and Sherry Lynn Rogers (Scott) of Stanton; one brother, Randall Rogers of Ravenna; six grandchildren, Lovena Fultz, Kayla Wallace, Kindra Wallace, Travis Ballard, Jessica Higginbottom and Heather Ballard; and 13 great grandchildren.
    Funeral services officiated by Bro. Terry Barnes and Bro. Paul Bates with eulogy by Sharon Rogers will be 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Hearne Funeral Home Inc., 125 West College Avenue, Stanton. Visitation begins at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

    Ester Hall, age 81. of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the Fountain Circle Nursing and Rehab in Winchester.
    She was born July 29, 1939 in Irvine to Elza and Gracie Barnes Ballard. She was a housewife and a member of the Ivory Hill Baptist Church.
    Mrs. Hall is survived by two daughters: Debra Woosley of Irvine, and Carole Hall of Camargo; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren; a brother, Lloyd Ballard (Karen) of Louisville; and two sisters: Pat Rainey and Virginia Thares, both of Winchester.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Langley Hall; a daughter, Lisa McIntosh, several brothers, and two sisters: Bonnie Arthur and Faye Stamper.
    A memorial service will be held at the Vaughn’s Mill Cemetery on Mother’s Day.

    Mary O. Nordmeyer, age 78, of Stevens Avenue in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at the Irvine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.
    She was born March 22, 1943 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Hubert and Myrtle Bishop Murphy. She was a homemaker and member of the Providence Baptist Church. She had lived in Estill County most of her life.
    Mrs. Nordmeyer was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Nordmeyer.
    She is survived by one daughter, Annette Moore, Estill County; three sons: Farris Marcum, Farrell Marcum, both of Estill County; and Tony Marcum, Indiana; one step-son, Bill Nordmeyer, Indiana; three sisters, Marie Dixon, Laura Stone, and Patricia Edmonson; two brothers: Scotty Murphy and Kenneth Murphy; 12 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by six siblings: Beulah Murphy, Earsel Kerby, Jeweldean Mansfield, Herbert Murphy, Cecil Murphy and Earl Murphy.
    Visitation for the public was held Monday, March 29, 2021, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services were conducted by Bro. Randy Marcum and Bro. Wendell Amburgy with burial at the Sunset Memorial Gardens.

    Paul Dewey Coyle, 85, of Berea, Kentucky, a former resident of College Hill, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
    Paul was born on November 6, 1935 in Estill County, Kentucky, the son of the late Dewey and Myrtle Rose Coyle. He was a retired employee with 27 years of service, of The City of Richmond, where he worked as an operator of the water plant at College Hill. In addition, he was a farmer and he loved to hunt and fish. Paul and his wife are members of The Silver Creek Baptist Church in Berea.
    Survivors include his wife, Joan Johnson Howard Coyle; three sons: Paul Allan Coyle (Kimberly), Larry Anthony Coyle (Becky) and Greg Coyle (Patty); two step-sons: Joey Howard and Mark Howard (Gail); two brothers: Ralph Douglas Coyle (Thelma) and Gary Wilce Coyle (Tammy); one sister, Shirley Faye Stidham (Lester); eight grandchildren: April Caudill (A.J.), Chad Coyle (Misty), Nathan Coyle, Evan Coyle, Lacena Mulvey (Cody) and Brandon Coyle (Katrina), Cameron Coyle and Conner-Rachel Coyle; three step-grandchildren: Kyle Howard, Caroline Swango and Bradley Howard; great grandchildren include: Haleigh Caudill, Emily Caudill, Kennedy Caudill, Raleigh Caudill, Blake Coyle, Luke Coyle, Bradley Coyle, and Oliver Mulvey; two step-great grandchildren: Kinzie Jones and Rian Jones; as well as several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
    He was preceded in death by his first wife and the mother of his children, Annette Isaacs Coyle; three brothers: William, Roy and Ulysses Coyle; and two sisters: Betty Alice Miller and Carolyn Mae Lainhart.
    Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, March 29, 2021 at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, 328 West Main Street, Richmond. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Sunday, March 28th at the funeral home.

    Helen Faye Maggard, age 79, of Ravenna, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at her home.
    She was born in Leslie County, Kentucky, on April 1, 1941, the daughter of the late Raymond and Mollie Vanover Skeens. Helen was a homemaker, who loved her grandchildren and spending time with her family and was of the Presbyterian faith. She had beautiful eyes, a sweet expression and was always smiling. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, and she enjoyed decorating and making Christmas ornaments. She was a good seamstress and enjoyed making crafts, reading, and planting and raising flowers. She could not swim, but loved her swimming pool and spent many hours just sitting in the pool. She had a deep love for animals, especially her puppy Abigail.
    Survivors include one son, David Maggard, Jr. (Vickie); three daughters, Teresa Maggard, Melissa McIntosh (Chris), and Audrey Clowers (Tim); six grandchildren, Amy Brangers, Paul David Maggard, Travis Maggard, Molly King, Cody Lewis and Mason Clowers; and seven great grandchildren, Katie Maggard, Bradley Maggard, Emilee Maggard,Matthew Brangers, Olivia Brangers, Sophie Brangers and Kendall Maggard.
    She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, David Maggard Sr.; and three brothers, Harold Skeens, William Woods and James Skeens.

    Van Hobart Thomas, age 92, of Richmond, Kentucky, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his home.
    He was born on Monday, November 19, 1928 in Estill County, Kentucky, the son of the late Clark and Henrietta Kidwell Thomas. Van was a farmer at heart and loved the land, raising tobacco and cattle. He and his wife Peggy operated the Country Kettle Restaurant for 21 years serving delicious home cooked meals to their patrons. He was a veteran of the United States Army; loved to hunt and visit with his family and friends.
    Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Peggy Stevens Thomas; ten children, Gary Van Thomas (Diana), Roger Thomas, Glen Thomas (Rayna), Randy Thomas (Dora Mae), Donald Thomas (Pamela), Debbie Winkler (Randall), Douglas Thomas, Bruce Thomas (Evelyn), Lisa Russell (Mike) and Gary Wayne Thomas (Denise); one son, Darren Thomas, preceded him in death. He is also survived by a brother, Ed Thomas; 23 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
    He was preceded in death by four brothers, Roscoe, Clarence, Alison, and Cecil; and four sisters, Bulah, Modean, Loraine and Mamie.

    He was born January 5, 1943 in Estill County and was the son of the late Glendon and Geneva Walters Dennis. He was a retired Hardy Oil employee and a member and deacon of the Bethel Christian Church. He had lived in Estill County all his life.
    Mr. Dennis is survived by his wife, Zada Flannery Dennis; three daughters: Mechelle Renee Dixon (Perry), Kimberly Gay Roberts (Tommy), and Glenetta Hope Lynch (Rick), all of Estill County; one son, Kelvin Ray Dennis (Rosa), Estill County; one sister, Nancy Fox, Estill County; three brothers: Douglas Dennis, Paul Dennis, and Richard Dennis, all of Estill County; eleven grandchildren: Jordan Dixon, Elijah Dixon, Hannah Dixon, Kristopher Dennis, Morgan Dennis, Emily Dennis, Mackenzie Miller (Wesley), Mariah Roberts, Ethan Lynch, Colby Lynch and Amelia Lynch; and three great grandchildren: Bryson Dixon, Kason Dennis and Finley Miller.

    Arthur Joey Spicer, age 41, of Furnace Junction in Ravenna, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, at his home following a long illness.
    He was born April 21, 1979 in Fayette County and was the son of Calvin Ray and Leta Jane Bennett Spicer. He was an employee of WHB Sales and a member of the Estill County Fire Department, the Estill County EMS and the Powell County EMS. He was a charter member of the Roadside Mission Church of God where he served as song leader and a Sunday School teacher.
    Survivors, in addition to his father and mother, include his wife, Mary Ann McIntosh Spicer; his grandmother, Teddy Spicer, Estill County; and three brothers: Joshua Spicer, Justin Spicer (Teddi), both of Estill County; and Curtis Spicer, Madison County.
    Visitation for the public will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021,from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services were conducted by Bro. Terry Barnes and Bro. Jim Hall with burial at the Shelter Valley Cemetery.

    Eva Jean Riley, age 91, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at the Campton nursing home. She was born May 31, 1929 in Lee County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Delbert and Annis White Riley.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas Riley, Delbert Riley Jr. and Pleasant Riley.
    She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

    Nora Lee Smyth Abney, age 91, of 405 Daniels Addition in Ravenna, Kentucky, went to be with her Lord on Monday, March 22, 2021 with her precious family by her side after battling a long illness.
    She was born September 3, 1929 in Lee County, Kentucky, to the late Sarah Elisabeth Hall and Raymond Jonas Smyth. She was a faithful member of White Oak First Church Of God where she had served as a Sunday School teacher and choir member. She was a caregiver and a homemaker. She loved springtime, going to church, and being around her family. She was recently presented an honorary key to the City of Ravenna.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Bascom "Yogi" "Tody" Abney; and one sister, Ramah Fay Ballard.
    She is survived by one daughter Elizabeth Hughes (James Hood); one son, Barry( Abney Sonya); a grandson, Christopher Abney; four granddaughters, Deanna Abney, Sarah Pasley (Justin), Jerrica Everman (Brandon), and Timara Crabtree; six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 25, 2021 at White Oak First Church Of God, Irvine, officiated by Brother Glyndon Woosley. Visitation will begin at the church on Thursday at 12:00 Noon until time of service.     She was born October 19, 1941 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Elmer E. and Mary Wiseman Henry. She was retired from Cox Insurance Company and was a member of the Irvine First Church of the Nazarene. She had lived in Estill County all her life.
    Mrs. Cox is survived by her husband, John Everett Cox; two daughters: Kim Cox (Jimmy) and Paula Adams (Greg), both of Estill County; one brother, Kenneth Henry (Pamela Jean), Clark County; one grandchild, Micah Adams; and three nephews: Wayne Henry, Tim Henry and Todd Henry.
    She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dalton Adams; and two brothers, Elmer Eugene “Fudd” Henry and Roger Dale Henry.

    Austin Philip Dunn, age 21, of Clear Creek Road in Irvine, Kentucky, completed his course and won the battle on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
    He was born September 21, 1999 in Madison County and was the son of Charles Philip Dunn and Kimberly Abshear Dunn. He was a graduate of Berea College and a member of the Estill County Golf Club. He attended the Irvine First Church of God and the Irvine First Baptist Church.
    Survivors, in addition to his father and mother, include his sister, Holli Reynolds (Trenton), Alabama; and his grandparents: Kenny and Cheryl Abshear, Estill County; and Viola Dunn, Fayette County.
    Visitation for the public will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Thursday, March 25th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Irvine First Church of God on Broadway. Private funeral services will be conducted by Bro. Eric Patrick, Bro. Tony Horn and Bro. Bill VanWinkle with burial at the West Irvine Cemetery.
    There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, March 27, at 12 Noon at the Estill County High School Baseball Field.

    Troy Wilgus Rose, age 77, of Drowning Creek Ridge in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021, at the Compassionate Care Center Richmond.
    He was born March 20, 1944 in Estill County and was the son of the late John Henry and Ellen Rainey Rose. He was a farmer and a machinist who retired from Westinghouse, Phillips and Sylvania. He was a member of the Rice Station Christian Church and had lived in Estill County all his life.
    Mr. Rose is survived by his wife, Betty Stokely Rose; one daughter, Krista Brandenburg (Ron), Irvine; one son, Paul Rose (Tara), Winchester; two brothers: Dan Rose (Barbara), Irvine; and Earl Rose, Richmond; and four grandchildren: Jake Brandenburg, Cody Brandenburg, Jacob Rose and Jared Rose.
    He was preceded in death by three sisters, Irene Newton, Annalee Hendren and Joetta Prewitt.
    Visitation for the public was held Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services were conducted by Bro. A.B. Patrick and Bro. Joe Hall with burial at the Eaton Cemetery.
    Pallbearers were Cody Brandenburg, Jake Brandenburg, Jacob Rose, Jared Rose, Keith Reed, David Hendren and Brian Rose.
    Honorary pallbearers were Eugene Peck, Tommy Joe Bryant, Harold Freeman and his hunting buddies.

    Pauline Henry Cox, age 79, of Forest Hill Drive in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021, at the Irvine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, following a long illness.
    She was born October 19, 1941 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Elmer E. and Mary Wiseman Henry. She was retired from Cox Insurance Company and was a member of the Irvine First Church of the Nazarene. She had lived in Estill County all her life.
    Mrs. Cox is survived by her husband, John Everett Cox; two daughters: Kim Cox (Jimmy) and Paula Adams (Greg), both of Estill County; one brother, Kenneth Henry (Pamela Jean), Clark County; one grandchild, Micah Adams; and three nephews: Wayne Henry, Tim Henry and Todd Henry.
    She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dalton Adams; and two brothers, Elmer Eugene “Fudd” Henry and Roger Dale Henry.
    Visitation for the public will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services will be held with burial at the Sunset Memorial Gardens.

James Carl "Batman" Tipton

    James Carl "Batman" Tipton, age 82, husband of Mabel Tipton passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Marcum and Wallace Hospital in Irvine, Kentucky.
    Born November 29, 1938, in Estill County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Richard and Pearlie Crowe Tipton.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, William "Bill" Tipton; and one sister, Velma Osborne "Big Momma".
    He is survived by his loving wife, Mabel Tipton; and two daughters: Tammi Tipton of Shelbyville and Lynn McKinney (Johnny) of Irvine; one son, James Clay Tipton Jr. (Tammy); four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three great, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, all of Irvine
    In honor of his final wishes, he would like to give an honorary recognition to Trish McIntosh, Debbie Rose and Rev. Ivan and Swana Smith.
    Also in his honor, he asked that his arrangements be private.

Mary Sue Miller

    Mary Sue Miller, age 82, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
    Born January 17, 1939 in London, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late James and Esther Brown Baker.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons: Randy Miller, Jeff Miller (Mutt), and Doug Miller; and two daughters: Nancy Miller and Jeniffer Miller.
    She is survived by four daughters: Charlotte Miller (Mike), Kim Miller, Melinda Miller (Dan), and Carolyn Miller, all of Estill County; three sons: Dennis Miller (Trena) of Ravenna, Billy Miller (Tammy) and Bryan Miller (Shawn), both of Estill County; two sisters: Virgie Cobb (Bill) of Indiana; and Linda Huff (Rowley) of Ohio; 23 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
    Funeral services officiated by Calvin Spicer will be held Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Lewis-Abner Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 6:00-9:00 p.m., Saturday, March 20th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tipton Cemetery with Adam Warner, Justin Warner, Mikie Miller, Daniel Philhower, Nate Miller, Mason Miller, Austin Miller, Jake Miller, Dawson Miller, and Kristopher Philhower serving as active pallbearers.
    Honorary pallbearers are all of her great grandchildren.

    Larry Wayne Stephens, age 79, of Richmond, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at his residence.
    Born December 20, 1941 in Georgetown, Kentucky he was the son of the late Wayman Lynn Stephens and Rachel Howard Stephens. He was a retired salesman and was in the United States Air Force.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margo Stephens.
    He is survived by two sons, Christopher Lee Stephens of Richmond; and Michael Wayne Stephens (Stacy) of Memphis, Tennessee; one sister, Patsy (Speedy Brown) of Georgetown; and three grandchildren, Jason and Kourtney Stephens of Memphis, and Bristol Stephens of Richmond.
    A memorial service will be at a later date.

Allen Burtman Stamper

    Allen Burtman Stamper, age 69, husband of Calvetta Carol Stone Stamper, died Sunday, March 14, 2021 at his home in Cynthiana, Kentucky.
    A native of Clay City, Kentucky, he was born June 2, 1951, the son of the late Oakley Burtman “O.B.” and Elsie Baker Stamper. He was retired from the T. I. Automotive Group, Cynthiana. He loved to drive and see nature, often visiting Natural Bridge and the Red River Gorge. He enjoyed socializing with people and taking different ones with him on his many trips. Above all, he liked helping people whether he knew them or not. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Paris.
    He is survived by two children: Oakley Stamper (Angie) and Charles Stamper; two grandchildren, Leif and Thora Stamper; ten siblings: Nellie Beach (Broddus), DeLois Beach, Junior Stamper, Harold Stamper (Barbara), Henry Stamper (Wilma), Donald Stamper, Floyd Stamper, Paul Stamper, Russell Stamper and Dale Stamper (Brenda); and two brothers-in-law, Calvin Keith Stone and Terry Stone (Kathleen).
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Stamper and Charles Lee Stamper.
    Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 920 Clintonville Rd., Paris, Kentucky, by Bishop Steve Pearce. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday, March 18th at the church.
    Pallbearers will be Calvin Keith Stone, Terry Stone, Floyd Stamper, Paul Stamper, J.R. Taylor and Tim Smith.

Kenneth Ray Stamper

    Kenneth Ray Stamper, age 76, of Stone Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the Irvine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.
    He was born August 22, 1944 in Hamilton, Ohio and was the son of the late Ray and Ada Mae Stone Stamper. He was a retired farmer and Hillenmeyer Nursery employee. He was a member of the Ivory Hill Baptist Church and had lived in Estill County all his life.
    Mr. Stamper is survived by two sisters: Ella Marie Johnson, Clark County; and Margie Sue Stamper, Estill County; one uncle, Billy Gene Cooper, Estill County; two nephews: Bradley Johnson and Danny Ray Johnson; a great niece, Bethanie Johnson; a great nephew, Derron Johnson; and several cousins.
    He was preceded in death by two siblings, Mary Elizabeth Stamper and Wendall Stamper.
    Visitation for the public will be held Wednesday, March 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Private funeral services will be conducted by Bro. Warren Rogers with burial at the Sallie Poer Cemetery.
