William "Big John" Perkins, age 63, passed away on Wednesday June 23, 2021 at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky.
Born in Germany, he was the son of the late Earl Jr. Perkins and HildeGuard Perkins. He was a barn painter, and loved fishing and hunting. He was a great friend and an absolute gentlemen. He loved saving old barns and fences on all farms.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Sue Tuttle Perkins.
William is survived by two daughters, Jessica Messer and Mellisa Shewmake; two sons, Anthony Messer and Jessie Gibson; one sister, Elizabeth Rainey; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Wilton Jefferson Flynn, age 73, of Irvine, Kentucky, the husband of Shanetta Flynn, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at his home in Richmond.
Wilton was born in Estill County on August 8, 1947 and was the son of the late Windle Flynn & Louise Johnson Flynn. He was a loving father and grandfather who always supported his family. Wilton retired from IBM and then began his dream job with the opening of A&W Sports in Irvine, for 29 years. He had a passion for his business and had a customer base that reached many other states. He was a staple in his community and loved by everyone. Wilton had a love for farming, Tennessee Walking Horses and raising cattle. His favorite past times were fishing, hunting, UK Basketball, trading guns and being with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Shanetta Flynn; his son, Jeff Flynn (Tamara); his grandchildren: Danistan Flynn and Rylan Flynn; his sister, Doris Honeycutt; his brothers: Wayne Flynn and Gerald Flynn (Angie); as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. All of these family members were special to him.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Miller officiating. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 1st at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Jerry Flynn, Mark Noland, Danny Stacy, David Tipton, Jason Whitaker, and Carl Wayne Young.
Honorary pallbearers are Robert Flynn, Roger Kissick, James Morris, Terry Taylor, Ricky Tipton and Chad Flynn.

Beverly Wayne Barnes, age 74, of Church Street in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, following a long illness.
He was born March 27, 1947 in Estill County and was the son of the late Samuel C. and Stanley G. Reed Barnes. She was a retired truck driver and attended the True Vine Ministries. He had lived in Estill County most of his life.
Mr. Barnes is survived by one daughter, Courtney McPherson (Jordan), Iowa; one son, Brian Barnes (Becky), Irvine; two sisters: Lou Ellen Gray, Estill County; and Charlene O'Shea, Dayton, Ohio; one brother, Raymond Barnes, Estill County; and three grandchildren: Kaylee Belle Barnes, Hendrix Cooper McPherson and Arlo Crew McPherson.
He was preceded in death four sisters, Ruby Lynch, Ona Chaney, Dorothy Chaney, and Mildred McCoy; and five brothers, Clyde, Alvin, Boyd, Roy and Allen Barnes.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home followed by cremation.

Wilgus Horn, Jr., age 72, of Vescio Drive in Richmond, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021, at the Baptist Health in Lexington following a sudden illness.
He was born November 1, 1948 in Estill County and was the son of Mattie Stamper Horn and the late Wilgus Horn. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era and was a retired Captain with the Valley View Ferry. He had lived in Madison County most of his life.
Mr. Horn was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Billingsley Horn.
Survivors in addition to his mother, include one son, Travis W. Horn (Teresa), Estill County; two sisters: Rhonda Gould, Estill County; and Faye Bloyd, Jefferson County; one brother, Jackie Horn, Estill County; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Parrett; and his brother, Bobby Horn.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 1, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Mike Davis. Burial will be at the Madison Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Micah Rose, Jackie Horn, Jr., Jeremy Parrett, Jared Kiser, Jason Abney and Phillip Riddell.

Christie Crowe, age 43, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Marcum and Wallace Hospital in Irvine.
She was born January 23, 1978 in Winchester to Gary Stone and Georgia Barnes.
Christie is survived by her mother, Georgia Barnes of Irvine; a daughter, Brooklyn Crowe of Bryant, Texas; a grandson Jeqentin Breedlove of Texas; a brother, Donald Stone of Irvine; two sisters: Donna Stone of Irvine, and Shelena Stone.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Stone; and her husband, Steve Crowe.
Funeral services were held 12:00 Noon, Monday, June 28, 2021 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Irvine with Bro. Buford Powell and Bro. Marvin Neal officiating. Friends visited Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 Noon. Burial followed in the Abner Cemetery.

Aelline Crowe Richardson, age 72, died peacefully on Friday, June 25, 2021, in her home after a long illness.
Born May 10, 1949 in Estill County, she was the daughter of the late William "Buck" Crowe and Lona Belle McKinney Crowe. She was a homemaker most of her life but also cleaned houses and volunteered in Estill County to help domestic violence victims. She was a member of Providence Baptist at Winston. Aelline lived in Estill county all her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Lona Crowe; her youngest son, Charley Webb; and her special companion, her dog Lucy.
Aelline is survived by two brothers, James and Samuel Crowe; four children, Sharon Hardy (Tom), Brenda Webb, Robert Webb (Amanda), and Tammy Riddell (Jessie); a daughter-in-law, Sharon Webb (widow to Charley), twelve grandchildren, Clayton Hardy, Krista Caudill (Geoff), Kelly Yockey, Whitney Tudor (Brad), Michael Yockey (Suzanne), Patience Kees (Evan), Autumn Webb (Adam McManus), Cody Webb (Alysha Cornett), Emily Wright (Chris), Dakota Harvey, Angel Barrett (John) and Levi Riddell.
Aelline had 25 great grandchildren that she loved more than anything. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, several dear and devoted friends, and her best friend, her dog, Benji.
Funeral services officiated by Sandy Broadbent will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Lewis-Abner Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. until time of the service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Her final wishes were to be cremated.

Kenneth Conrad, age 76, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
Kenneth was born on March 25, 1945 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and was the son of Nelson and Georgia Young Conrad, both of whom preceded him in death. Kenneth was retired from Hitachi as Operations Manager and was a member of Madison Hills Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Bledsoe Conrad; six children, Brandon Conrad (Tiffany) of Lexington, Nathan Conrad (Allison) of Georgetown, Alison Fraley (Ricky) of Richmond, Tyler Short (Erin) of Lexington, Erin Leach (William) of Irvine, and Ashley Sawyer (Patrick) of Richmond; one sister, Joyce Wilson (Gary); and twelve grandchildren with one on the way.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Madison Hills Christian Church, 960 Red House Road, Richmond, with Ben Stroup and Marty Frazer officiating. Burial will follow at Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the church.

Wilma Dean Rogers of Leeco, Kentucky was born on May 13th, 1937 at her family home on South Fork, in Powell County, to the late Alby and Beulah Vaye Boyd Hall, and died on Wednesday, June 23rd 2021 in Lexington, Kentucky, at the age of 84.
She is survived by her daughter, Kendra Lois Rogers, of Lexington; brothers, Ronnie Hall (Anita) of Stanton, Jerry Hall (Pat) of Stanton, and Gary Hall of Clay City; sisters, Faye Rogers (Clayton) of Stanton, and Pam Puckett (Kenny) of Spout Springs; nieces and nephews, Barthamuel Scott Hall, Edward Dale Hall II, James Hall, Tammy Jo Burns, Stephen Allen Rogers, Brian Douglas Rogers, Jeffrey Hall, Scotty Ray Hall, Melissa DeAnn Hall, Gary Keith Hall II, Lena Dale Hall, Veronica Lynn Rose, and Robbie Wayne Puckett; 13 grandnieces and grandnephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alby and Beulah Hall; her husband of 28 years, Kenneth Edward Rogers; a brother, Edward Dale Hall; and sisters-in-law, Ida Grace Hall, Patty Hall, and Joyce Hall.
Services will be held Sunday, June 27, 2:00 p.m., at Davis & Davis Funeral Home, 777 West College Avenue, Stanton by Bro. Marvin Hobbs and Bro. Brad Epperson. Shannon Rae Hobbs Cox Kincaid of Beattyville, Kentucky, departed this life Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at the age of 93.
She was born in Lee County, Kentucky on May 20, 1928 to the late Henry B. and Elizabeth Barker Hobbs. Shannon was a homemaker, but had a variety of occupations throughout her life. She was most known for her volunteer work for WLJC.
Mrs. Kincaid is survived by her two daughters, Joann Combs (Bruce) and Esther Sue Hamilton (Andrew), both of Lexington; a daughter-in-law, Rosemary Cox of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren, Stacy Neace (Jeff), Doug Combs (Sandra), Monica Robertson (Roger), Shanda DeLong (Aaron), Kyle Q. Cox (Kaylin); nine great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; and three sisters, Jo Combs of Indianapolis, Indiana; Eileen Cable of Carlisle, Ohio; and Margaret Drake of Beattyville.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Chester Cox; and her second husband, Bill Kincaid; a son, Donald Ray Cox; two grandchildren, Mary Shannon Combs and Derek Cox; her parents, Henry B. and Elizabeth Hobbs; four brothers, Marvin Hobbs, Finley Hobbs, John Hobbs, and Lyle Hobbs; and two sisters, Reno Shoemaker and Mable Miller.
She leaves behind a host of other family and friends who will mourn her loss.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Porter and Son Funeral Home, Campton, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Aaron DeLong. Burial will be in the Cox Cemetery on Big Andy Ridge.

Lodena Mae “Dena” Muncy, age 82, of Maple Street in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at her home following a long illness.
She was born January 8, 1939 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Jesse and Della Mae Walters Bailey. She was Valedictorian of the Estill County High School Class of 1957. She was a homemaker and a member of the Williams Memorial Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher for 40 years. She had lived in Estill County most of her life.
Mrs. Muncy is survived by her husband, Charles P. “Doots” Muncy; her son, Roger M. Muncy, Estill County; two sisters: Mary South and Betty Witt (Larry), both of Estill County; one brother, Jesse “Itzie” Bailey, Estill County; and two grandchildren: Steven Charles Muncy and Bailey A. Muncy, both of Estill County.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Vivian Griggs; and a special nephew, Donnie Witt.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 25, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. James Ashcraft with burial following at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday from 11:00 a.m. to service time at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Larry Eugene Henry, age 78, of 4th Street in Ravenna, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington following a long illness.
He was born October 2, 1942 in Estill County and was the son of the late Johnny and Geneva Turner Henry. He was a member of the United States Army 101st Airborne Division and served two tours in Germany and two tours in Vietnam. He retired from the Bluegrass Army Depot. He was a member of the American Legion, a former member of the Fitchburg Masonic Lodge and was an avid fisherman. He was of the Baptist faith and had lived in Estill County most of his life.
Mr. Henry is survived by his wife, Harriett Tipton Henry;
two sons: James Owen Henry, Estill County; and John Eugene Henry, Rowan County; one sister, Linda Murphy, Madison County; one half-sister, Lounette Nielsen, Nebraska; two half-brothers: John Smith, Utah; and Ronnie Henry, Estill County; three grandchildren: Jonathan Larry Henry (Bethanie), Joshua Aaron Henry, and Tiffany Renee Hawkins (Jeremy), four great grandchildren: Danielle Aubrey Blackburn, Ruby Mae Hawkins, Zeke Henry and Emma Henry; and two adopted daughters: Leana Robinson and Linda Muncy.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sue Henry; and his step-mother, Clara Henry.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.

She was born November 25, 1956 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Wayne and Alma Gross Wiseman. She was a retired day care worker and a member of the New Life Apostolic Church. She had lived in Estill County all her life.
Mrs. Edmonson is survived by her husband, Larry Wayne Edmonson, two daughters: Jeannie Marie Pell (Greg) and Melissa Ann Edmonson, both of Estill County; four sisters: Orpha Jo Oliver, Estill County; Mary Kay Agee, Madison County; Reva Darlene Robinson, Greenup County; and Sandra Sue Chaney, Estill County; four grandchildren: Kristy Ann McKinney, Katlyn Jamie Pell, Gregory David Pell, and Randall Cameron Jones; three great grandchildren: Levi Jordan McKinney, Georgia Faith McKinney and Jesse Lewis McKinney; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 24, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Mike Creech and Bro. Adrian McKinney. Burial will be at the Crowe Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 23rd from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Eileene Jewell, widow of Cluster Jewell and daughter of the late Joseph and Ollie Coomer Caudill, was born in Lee County, Kentucky on March 13, 1940 and departed this life in Irvine, Kentucky on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the age of 81 years, 3 months and 6 days. She was a former healthcare worker and a member of the Booneville Baptist Church.
Eileene leaves behind two granddaughters, Amber Stout of Oceanside, California; and Ashley Brocco (Chris) of Goleta, California; three great grandsons, Ethan Fils and Mason Swanger of Oceanside, California; and Chase Clevenger of Irvine; one sister, Shirley Evans of Beattyville; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Eileene was preceded in death by her two daughters, Tammy Clevenger and Millie Swanger; one grandson, Chase Clevenger; and three siblings, Virgil Lee Caudill, Chuck Caudill, and Lucille Isaacs.
Visitation will be held 1-3 p.m., Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Newnam Funeral Home Chapel, 108 Center Street in Beattyville, followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery, Long Branch Road in Beattyville.

He was born in Estill County on April 8, 1965, the son of the late Clyde Cox and Layhoma Dean Henry Raider.
Otis is survived by two sons, Jeff Cockrell and Dustin Cox; and one brother, Frank Cox.

Danny was a native of Powell County, Kentucky and lived for many years in Irvine.
He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki Farmer Centers; and three sons: Barry Lee Centers of Sheperdsville, Aaron Christopher Centers of Pavo, Georgia; and Noble A Payne of Colonial Heights, Virginia.
Danny also leaves behind two sisters: Darlene Hornsby of Crescent Springs, and Diane Mid-get of Lexington; four brothers: William Steve Centers of Brooksville, Jerry Wayne Centers of Symsonia, Johnny Dean Centers of Cleveland, Tennessee; and Timmy Hicks of Clay City; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by first wife, Julia K Mullins, a son, Daniel Lee Centers; and parents, William Taylor Centers and Della LaFern Hicks.
A celebration of his life will be private for the family.

She was born June 6, 1930 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Leonard and Anna McIntosh Spicer. She was retired from Carhartt, Inc. and was a member of the Ravenna Church of God. She had lived in Estill County all her life.
Mrs. Meek was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Clay Meek; and is survived by two daughters: Debby Tillery, Estill County; and Karen Cochran (James), Madison County; two sons: Randall Meek (Jill), Fayette County; and Scotty Meek (Kaye), Estill County; six grandchildren: Selena Neal (Anthony), Chris Miller, Jade Hale (Adam), Tyler Meek (Cagney), Brooklyn Moreland (Algin) and McKinley Meek (Kordel); and seven great grandchildren: Stevi Neal, Halee Neal, Lily Kate Hall, Josiah Meek, Jordyn Meek, Addyson Moreland and Reed Moreland.
She was preceded in death by five sisters, Bertha Spicer, Flossie “Dot” Newton, Gladys Isaacs, Oneida Combs, and Opal Longo; and six brothers, Buell, Dwight, Earl, Cecil, Leonard Jr. and Leslie Spicer.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 21, 2021, between 6 and 9 p.m. at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home followed by cremation.

James William Dixon, 79, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation. He was a former Pepsi delivery driver in Estill and Clark Counties.
He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on April 12, 1942, to the late Andrew and Ellis Witson Dixon. Mr. Dixon was a truck driver for many years for Pepsi and also for Coca-Cola. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include two daughters, Ramona Klingenberg (John) and Sherry Dixon; three sisters, Kathy Jones, Alice New, and Anna Faye Dixon; and several grandchildren, extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three children, Pamela Hammond, James W. Dixon, Jr., and Timothy Dwayne Dixon.
Services will be held at a later date.

Robert Micheal Greene, age 66, husband of Bonnie Greene of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in London, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Robert Greene Sr. and Pansy Greene. He was a former construction worker.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by one brother, Russ Greene.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Greene; his mother, Pansy Greene; one daughter, Lisa Greene; three sons, Seth Courtney (Brittany Ottmer), Robert Greene(Suzanne Ritzmen), and Greg Courtney; one grandchild, Taylor Courtney; four brothers, Steve Greene, Kenneth Greene, Doug Greene, and David Greene; and two sisters, Nancy McCravey and Debbie King.
Graveside services officiated by Bro. Steve Greene will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 28, 2021 with burial in West Irvine Cemetery with Seth Courtney, Robert Greene, Doug Greene, Greg Courtney, Timothy Greene, and Joseph Greene serving as active pallbearers.

She was born September 24, 1926, in Estill County, the daughter of the late Hubert and Myrtle Bishop Murphy. She worked for Carhartt for 50 years before she retired. She was a member of the Rice Station Christian Church and had lived in Estill County all her life.
Mrs. Dixon was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Dixon.
She is survived by two daughters: Pamela Dixon Whitesides (Richard), Madison County; and Sheila Dixon, Estill County; a son, Jerry Dixon (Sheri), Estill County; two sisters: Laura Stone, Madison County; and Patricia Edmonson, Estill County; two brothers: Scotty Murphy and Kenneth Murphy, both of Estill County; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is also preceded in death by three sisters: Earsle Kerby, Jewel Dean Mansfield, and Mary Noremeyer; and two brothers: Earl Murphy and Cecil Justin Murphy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Joe Hall with burial to follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held between 6 and 9 p.m., on Friday, June 18th at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Dwight Marcum, John Maloch, Brandon Scott Long, Jeremy F. K. Dixon, Clinton Dixon, and Dyllon Scott Long.

After a courageous 13-year battle with cancer, Peggy Lou Chaney, 71, of Alumbaugh, Kentucky, has claimed her victory in eternity, June 15 2021.
She was born April 6, 1950 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Robert Leo Burns and the late Madolin Hall Burns. Peggy was best known for her love of nature and animals, especially dogs, and kept busy feeding the hummingbirds in the summer and feeding the birds in the winter. She loved fishing and gardening and living out in the country. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith, a former Sunday school teacher, and loved attending church as her health allowed.
Peggy is survived by John Chaney, her husband of 48 years, one son, Jonathan Darin Chaney of Alumbaugh; one beloved house pet, Tiny; two special nieces, Dreama and Tassie; one very special little girl, Alayna; two sisters: Flona Linderhof of Madison County and Shelia Sparks of Estill County; one uncle, James "Jimmy" Burns of Tennessee; one aunt, Donna Burns Williams of Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Robert C "Bobby" Burns; and one sister, Betty Burns.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 18, 2021 at Hoover Cemetery in Alumbaugh, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers or planters, Peggy requested small wind chimes and small solar lights.

Charlie Reed, age 71, husband of Marie Reed of Stanton, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester.
He was born November 22, 1949 in Bowen, Kentucky, to James and Edna Reed. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a factory laborer and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Mr. Reed is survived by his wife, Marie Reed of Stanton; three sons: Brad Reed (Kim), Jason Reed (Missy), both of Mt. Sterling, and Barry Reed (Amy) of Salt Lick; ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren; two brothers: Jay Townsend of Georgia and Buck Morton of Irvine; and three sisters: Rosemary Page of Winchester, Helena White of Indiana and Fay Jones of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Edna Reed; three brothers: JR Townsend, Bob Townsend, George Townsend and a sister, Thelma Hiers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel, 201 7th Avenue in Clay City with Bro. David Campbell and Bro. Johnny Hurt officiating. Friends may visit Saturday from 11:00 a.m. 'till time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Lovely Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

Lillian Crowe Sparks, age 93, of Allen Douglas Drive in Richmond, Kentucky, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, at her home following a short illness.
She was born April 28, 1928, in Powell County, and was the daughter of the late Sam and Sally Belcher Crowe. She was a homemaker and had lived in Estill County most of her life.
Mrs. Sparks was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sparks.
She is survived by two daughters: Janice Sparks, Madison County; and Pamela Young (Stephen), Clark County; two sons: Roger Sparks, Madison County; and Bradley Sparks (Shonda), Estill County; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, five great, great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Gina Young; a grandson, Daniel Willis; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 17, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Estes Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until service time at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Pallbearers are Bradley Sparks, Roger Sparks, Steve Young, Sam Crowe, James Gordon Crowe, and David Martin Savage.

Richard Charles Kirby, age 72, of Dug Hill Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the Harrison Pavilion in Cincinnati, following a long illness.
He was born October 24, 1948, in Estill County, the son of the late Stacy and Mamie Walton Kirby. He had lived in Estill County all his life and attended the Holiness Church. He retired from Carhartt. He was a Past Master of the O.D. Henderson #437 F&AM Masonic Lodge where he was also a 50-year Member.
Mr. Kirby is survived by his wife, Elsie Estes Kirby; a daughter, Charlotte Kirby, Laurel County; two sons: Charles S. Kirby (Mary), Madison County; and Anthony W. Kirby (Hope), Estill County; four grandchildren: Kaytlynn F. Kirby, Kendall R. Kirby, Elizabeth A. Raglin, and Hannah M. Raglin; a son-in-law, Darin Raglin, Woodford County; several nieces and nephews; and Skitty Cat.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa G. Raglin; two sisters: Mattie Sloan and Letha Kirby; and four brothers: Homer, Owen, J.W. “Brud”, and Carlin Kirby.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 18, 2021, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose with burial to follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday between 6 and 9 p.m.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 26, 11:00 a.m. at the River Drive Christian Church for Anita Faye Jones, age 92, a resident of the Irvine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center who passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at her home following a long illness.
She was born August 2, 1928 in Madison County and was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ethel Bryant Crowe. She was a homemaker and drove the Book Mobile for 25 years until her retirement. She was a member of the River Drive Christian Church and had lived in Estill County most of her life.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Columbus Jones.
She is survived by one daughter, Marion Carpenter, Winchester; four sons: Timothy Karl Jones (Patricia), Richmond;
Gary Jones (Sandy), Texas; Scott Jones (Joann), Irvine; and Tom Jones (Susie), Florida; a daughter-in-law, Alexia Jones, Elizabethtown; one brother, Leo Crowe, Alabama; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her son, Terry Jones; and four siblings, Pansy Gross, Sybil Jones, Bazel Crowe and Elmo Crowe.
