Robert Thomas "Robbie" Moatts, 39

Robert Thomas "Robbie" Moatts, age 39, of Paint Lick, Kentucky, passed away at his home Thursday, November 24, 2022. He was an Estill County native, born August 21, 1983, who worked for the Bristol Group LLC in commercial construction. Robbie was also a certified welder and forklift operator; brick, block, and stone layer.
Some of his favorite things in life were spending time with family, friends, and fishing. Robbie was a gifted sleeper and could sneak a nap into any part of his day!
Robbie is survived by his wife, Kristina Moatts; two sons, David and Robert Moatts Jr.; two daughters, Mackenzie and Alyssa Moatts; two stepdaughters, Heather and Courtney Coleman; and one brother, Wayne Gray.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Ann Moatts Gray; one sister, Bethany Jeaness Estes; and two infant brothers, Jerry Lee Gray Jr. (Lee Boy) and Franklin Lee Moatts.
Funeral services will be at Crestview Holiness Sanctuary on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be Monday evening, November 28th from 5 to 9 p.m. at the church. Burial will be on the family farm.

Gloria Ann Williams, age 81, of Irvine, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Marcum Wallace Hospital.
She was born on February 12, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joseph Lee and Mable Rawlins Henry. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by two sons, James Carl and Timothy Wayne Williams; five brothers, Joseph, Gilbert, Ronnie, Carl and Bill Henry; two sisters, Viola Tipton and Rita Tipton; along with a brother-in-law, Clarence Mattox.
Gloria is survived by three sisters, Mary Mattox, June Arvin (Ray), and Rebecca Pennington (Dallas); two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and three special friends, Vanessa Angel, Carolyn Gould, and Patty Neal; along with numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends to miss and mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Gloria Ann Williams will be conducted on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals. Betty Awad will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Witt Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

April Renae Wilkerson, age 44, of Dreyfus Road in Berea, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
She was born September 29, 1978, in Estill County and was the daughter of Randall Dale and Eva Mae Ramsey Gross. She was a former Clinical Med Assistant and a volunteer with Hospice. She had lived in Madison County for most of her life.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Thomas Anthony Wilkerson; one daughter, Madelyn Aubrey Wilkerson of Madison County; three sons: Ethan Travis Wilkerson,
Jacob Thomas Wilkerson, and Joshua Andrew Wilkerson, all of Madison County; one sister, Melissa McDaniel of Madison County; and one brother, Robert Dale Gross of Estill County.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 30, 2022, 12:00 Noon at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Chism officiating. Burial will be at the Madison Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Jason Wilkerson, Cecil Greenwood, Dilan Greenwood, Benjamin McDaniel, and Wesley McDaniel.

Cecil Calvin Osborne, age 94, of South 13th Street in Hamilton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Bethesda Butler Hospital in Ohio following a short illness.
He was born November 26, 1927, in Estill County and was the son of the late Hobert and Lillie Mae Johnson Osborne. He was a retired truck driver and served in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. He had lived in Ohio for most of his life.
Mr. Osborne is survived by one daughter, Janet Purvis (Jimmy) of Ohio; one son, Cecil Ray Osborne (Treva) of Ohio;
two sisters: Jean Alcorn of London, and Marie Osborne of Clark County; one brother, Bobby Osborne of Estill County; six grandchildren: Johnny-Ray Carberry, Stephen Ray Osborne, Victor Calvin Osborne, Bristol Diesbach, Timmy-Dale Lewis, and Gage Purvis; and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Frances “Birdie” Osborne; one sister, Julia Lee Osborne; and four brothers, Elmo Osborne, David Osborne, Hobert Osborne Jr., and Wilmer Osborne.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 29, 2022, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Sally Poore Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Barbara Hensley Woosley, 81

Barbara Hensley Woosley, age 81, stepped into heaven and into the glorious presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday evening, November 22, 2022, with Walter, her love of 64 years by her side.
She was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 4, 1940. Barbara was a strong and faithful Christian wife, mother, granny, sister, aunt, Mimi, and friend to all who loved her. She loved the Lord, and it showed in the way she loved and cared for others. She had the warmest, most hospitable nature, always putting others first. She loved to give of herself to all those around her. Barbara loved her family and loved deeply.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mildred Hensley; a sister, Nancy Williams; and two brothers, Steven Hensley and Larry Hensley.
She is survived by her husband, Walter "Achie" Woosley; her son, Walter Scott Woosley (Susanne); her daughter, Kimberly Ann Woosley; two grandsons, Daniel Woosley (Sami) and Jacob Woosley (Jamie); four great grandsons, Julian, Alistair, Emrys and Oliver; and three great granddaughters, Harper, Remi and Kenley. She is also survived by her sisters, Bettye Rose, Peggie Abney (Herman), Brenda Webb, and Patricia Carol Wilson (Bill); brothers, Charles Hensley (Carol) and Jeff Hensley; a brother-in-law, Billy Joe Williams; and sisters-in-law, Evelyn Hensley, Nancy Hensley, Treva Wavolene Woosley Prather and Emma Woosley; as well as an abundance of treasured nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Irvine with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and service to follow at 1:00 p.m. A brief graveside service will be held immediately following the church service at West Irvine Cemetery.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Woosley, Jacob Woosley, Julian Woosley, Tyler Hensley, Brad Abney, Dennis Rose, Austin Hensley, Bryan Prather, Mike Prather, Tim Woosley, and Justin Woosley.

LaVaughn Stamper, age 78, of Waco, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Compassionate Care Hospice Center in Richmond.
He was born in Irvine, Kentucky on September 1, 1944, to the late Enoch Stamper Jr. and Myrtle Tudor Stamper.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny, Ernest, and James Virgil Stamper; one sister-in-law, Betty Stamper; and one brother-in-law, Lee Crafton Sr.
LaVaughn was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church #1 where he served as a Deacon for over ten years. He was a loving husband, father and brother. Mr. Stamper enjoyed farming, hunting and the outdoors.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 56 years, Delores Jean Harris Stamper; his daughter, Kelli Lane Robinson (John); his son, Aaron LaVaughn Stamper (Jennifer); two brothers, Billy Lindon Stamper (Paulette) and Donald Gene Stamper; and one sister, Virginia Catherine Crafton; along with four grandchildren, Justin Kyle Robinson, Holden Davis Stamper, Kennedy Grace Stamper, and Kerrington Elise Stamper; three great grandchildren, Kenley Faith Robinson, Ella Grace Robinson, and Madyson Hope Robinson; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to miss and mourn his passing.
Funeral services for LeVaughn Stamper will be conducted on Sunday, November 27, 2022, in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals, at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Billy L. Stamper and Brother Aaron Stamper officiating. Interment will follow in the Hoover Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 26th at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be John and Justin Robinson, Holden Stamper, Donnie Shepperson, Dylan Bryant, Stevie Fox, and John Fox.
Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Crafton, Lee Crafton, James Lee Stamper, Michael and Bob Flanagan, Shannon Faircloth, and Tobie Honaker.

Timothy Wayne Charles age 55, formerly of Beattyville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, surrounded by his family, after a long illness.
Tim was born April 4, 1967, in Lexington, a son to Harold Dale Charles and Mary Stamper Flinchum. He was a disabled, certified Journeyman Pipefitter/Fabricator and was of the Christian faith. In his free time, he enjoyed being with his family, tinkering in the garage on cars, motorcycles, computers or anything he thought he could amp up to go faster. Tim was a huge fan of the show Street Outlaws, and a devoted listener to Ben Shapiro.
Along with his parents, Tim is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kimberly Charles, of Irvine; two sons: Specialist Trevor Glen Charles, United States Army of Fort Sam Houston, Texas; and Private First-Class Tory Allen Charles, United States Army of Fort Bragg, North Carolina; one daughter, Shelbi Lynn of Irvine; his faithful K-9 companion, Tucker; one brother, Anthony Charles (Amanda) of Piqua, Ohio; two brothers-in-law, Allen Riley and Jeff "Chopper" Riley; five nephews, Skye, Dylan, Matt, Boone and Kaiden; two nieces, Savannah and Kenna; five great nieces, Aaliegh, Ava, Eliza, Adaline, and Aurora; one great nephew, Elijah, and two very special aunts, Tammy and Lisa Charles, along with many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Booneville Funeral Home, 345 Ky. Hwy. 11 N., Booneville, followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Sam McKinney officiating. Tim was laid to rest in the Albert Riley Cemetery, located in the Delvinta Community of Lee County.
Pallbearers were Trevor Charles, Tory Charles, Allen Riley, Jeff Riley, Tony Charles, and Dylan Riley.
Honorary pallbearers were Daniel “The Kid” Frantz, Tony Begley, Dallas Harrison, and Wayne Harrison.

Ruby Benton Richardson, age 89, of Winchester Road in Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022, at the Marcum & Wallace Memorial Hospital following a long illness.
She was born November 21, 1933, in Estill County and was the daughter of Charles Benton and Nora Lee Shuler Howell. She was a homemaker and a member of the Body of Christ Ministries.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by four daughters: Shirley Collett, Rita Collett, Freida Holliman, and Rhonda Devary, all of Estill County; four sons: Basslee Richardson, Jr. of Estill County, Wayne Richardson of Lee County, Ricky Richardson of Clark County, and Jerry Richardson of Estill County; 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Basslee Richardson; one daughter, Judy Richardson; one son, Larry Richardson; and three siblings, Peggy Graber, Charles Howell and Kenneth Howell.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, November 25, 2022, 1:00 p.m., at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Wesley officiating. Burial was at the Richardson Cemetery. Visitation was held Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Roger Walters, Darrell Horn, Buddy Puckett, Michael Richardson and Billy Kelley.

Donna Gail Evans, 70, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
She was born on May 16, 1952 to the late Robert Glover and Nina Livesay Glover in Rockville, Maryland. She worked in data entry doing factory work. She was a deacon and elder at White Oak Pond Christian Church.
She is survived by three sons, Paul Brian Glover of Lexington, Keith Allen Evans of Cleveland, Ohio; and Charles Andrew Evans of Irvine; one sister, Sharon Glover; and five grandchildren, Ronan Evans, Carter Evans, Benjamin Evans, Andrew Evans and Chris Evans.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Richard Evans; one brother, Scott Glover; and one sister, Judy Malcomb.
Services will be Monday, November 21, 2022 at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home at 12:00 Noon with Reverend Dr. Russell Rechenbach officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon. Burial will be in Madison County Memorial Gardens.

Carolyn Sue Taulbee Patrick of Irvine, Kentucky, beloved wife of Asbery "A.B." Patrick, departed this life Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at the age of 75 years, 10 months and 22 days.
She was a daughter of the late Paul Eugene Taulbee and Margaret Kathleen Rudd, born in Burkhart, Kentucky on December 24, 1946. She was a retired teacher and was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the Belknap Community Church in Belknap, Wolfe County, Kentucky.
Mrs. Patrick is survived by her beloved husband, Asbery "A.B." Patrick of Irvine; one daughter, Kimberly Kay Fallen (Jerry) of Irvine; one grandchild, Jera Crouch (Tyler); one great grandchild, Javera Kaedi Crouch; and one brother, Roger Dale Taulbee (Mary) of Vancleve.
She was preceded in death by one son, Charles Thomas Patrick; her father, Paul Eugene Taulbee; her mother, Margaret Kathleen Rudd; and three brothers, Gary Taulbee, Paul Douglas Taulbee and Harold Gene Taulbee. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
A visitation at Campton will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022, 6-9 p.m. at Porter & Son Funeral Directors, 769 East Main Street. Irvine visitation will be held at Grayson Funeral Home, 3905 Richmond Road, Sunday, November 20th, 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Ethel “Gran” Powell Willis, 84, of Waco, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
She was born December 30, 1937, the daughter of the late George and Sallie Mae Powell of Red Lick in Madison County. She lived in Estill County for her young life. She married Edward E. Willis on July 10, 1953. Together they had one daughter, Elizabeth Sue Coffey (Dennis), who survives her.
Mrs. Willis is also survived by her sister, Lullie Dixon; two granddaughters, Crystal Gordon (Donald) of Union City, and Kimberly Young (Greg) of Richmond; one great grandson, Austin Gordon (Erin Wade); two great granddaughters, Kaitlyn Young and Shana Young; four great, great grandchildren, Grayson, Liliana, Wesley and Alara; and many nieces and nephews who called her Aunt Boss.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Melanie Lynn Coffey and four sisters, Edith Goosey, Ruby Powell, Susie Dixon, and Grace Scenters.
Gran loved flowers, birds, especially cardinals, and cooking. She especially loved her family and friends.
Graveside services were conducted Friday, November 18, 2022, 3:00 p.m., at the Kindred Cemetery with Bro. Dylan Ballard officiating.
Pallbearers were Austin Gordon, Donald Gordon, Gary Lochart, Jerry Dixon, Tommy Willis and Charlie Willis.

Donald Ray Collier, age 84, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at St. Clair Medical Center in Morehead after a long illness.
He was born in Millstone, Kentucky in Letcher County on May 1, 1938, the son of the late Dave and Lillian Smith Collier. He graduated from Whitesburg High School in the Class of 1957, served in the United States Army and worked as an Electrician at Blue Grass Army Depot until his retirement. He was a member of the Irvine First Church of God, an avid fisherman and small game hunter and liked watching UK Football and Basketball. He especially enjoyed playing golf with his friends and being outdoors. He loved gardening and collecting and hulling walnuts which he provided for family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Beverly Ann Winkle Collier; two daughters, Belinda Raye Collier of Irvine and Sandra Kaye Collins (Robert) of Bybee; one nephew, Steven Collier of Pikeville; a great nephew, Steven Kyle Collier of Hazard; and three great, great nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Irvine First Church of God, 199 Broadway, Irvine, with Bro. Eric Patrick and Bro. Glennis Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow in the South Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m., Wednesday, November 16th at the church.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Miller, Aubrey Miller, Steven Collier, Phil Cox, Greg Arvin, Kyle Collier and Robin Bicknell.

Blake Logan McMullen, 19, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
Born on January 10, 2003, in Danville, Kentucky, to Brian McMullen and Alison Davis. Blake graduated from Lincoln County High School, Class of 2021. He was working at Solid Ground Engineering as an Engineering Technician. Blake enjoyed the outdoors more than anything. He loved to hunt, but out of everything, he was a duck hunter at heart. He was Baptized and attended Watts Chapel Baptist Church during his childhood.
Survivors include his father, Brian McMullen; mother, Alison Davis; paternal great grandmother, Marie Bonner; maternal great grandparents, James and Opal Witt; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Debbie Harris; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Shari Flynn; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Barry McMullen; and maternal grandfather, Gary Davis.
Visitation was on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from 5-8 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, Kentucky. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home, 411 West Main Street, Stanford, with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery in Stanford.

He was born December 2, 2016, in Fayette County and was the son of Emily Thomas and Lucas Moore.
Survivors in addition to his mother and father include his grandparents, Tracy Thomas and Judy Abner, both of Estill County; two sisters, Ariel Thomas and Aqua Thomas; one brother, Devin Thomas; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
